I like most activities at the seaside, walking, cycling to keep fit mainly, any trips out to cinemas, theatres etc most types of dining out in restaurants, holidays in the sun preferably or weekend trips to towns in the UK on trains, boats or cars etc. Surfing, windsurfing and paddle boarding now included as sports. It is all great fun, not too strenuous and probably mostly good for you as well.
