I love the outside, what ever the weather. Whether its gardening, working on my friends farm, going for long muddy walks or bike rides with my 2 children. During the spring/summers, I enjoy camping, going on road trips and being in and around rivers. I work at a land based college, which allows me to have the summers for adventure and working at festivals. I also enjoy being creative and regularly have a project on the go, which can include anything from carpentry and using tools to willow weaving or knot work.
I'm looking for someone who is laid back like me, independent, enjoys long walks, has a sense of fun, knowledgeable and/practical and is just generally easy going and kind. Ive been single for several years while i concentrated on raising my, now adult, children & then caring for my parents.
I live with my son and my 3 dogs. For work I’m an HR Manager.

I’m settled where I live, with my daughter living close so I have no wish to move so if you’re miles away, you’re maybe not the one! A non-smoker is a must. Walking is a huge part of my life, I walk the dogs come rain or shine and as a member of the National Trust find some beautiful places to explore.  I’m a big F1 fan and follow LeClerc & Verstappen. I’ve been to a few tracks but would love to go to more.
I enjoy gardening & love to spend time in mine or exploring other gardens.
I work a lot with the dogs; I compete in dog shows with two of them and they also work behind a horse & carriage when I get the chance. I judge my own breed & am working my way up the judging ladder.
I enjoy cooking & baking but don’t do it as often as I used to as it’s boring cooking for one!
I’m an avid collector of 30’s & 40’s antiques and 60’s & 70’s kitchenallia and my home is very reflective of this having several rooms of those periods.
My music taste is eclectic, my favourites playlist has Frank Sinatra, Glenn Miller, Luther Vandross, Wham, Linkin Park, Jay Z, Miley Cyrus, Harry Styles & Loyle Carner on it.
In the little “spare” time I have, I relax watching TV. Schitts Creek, Ted Lasso or a romantic comedy are my shows of choice. I miss going to the cinema too, it’s just not right going alone!
