I'm polyamorous and have a partner, but not someone who I will ever be able to cohabitate with. Having someone in the same living space, having conversations about the future together, having that nesting partner is very important to me. I want someone to be there to commiserate with me when I do something stupid, like put a potato in a microwave for 20 minutes. And to binge watch shows with. Other than that, I work from home. Most of my free time is spent on video games, but I toss in some tabletop rpg, board games, hiking, rockhounding, swimming, reading, and arts and craft times. I go to the gym a few days a week because I don't want to be the slow asthmatic on the steep inclines when hiking anymore, but I'm not super fit. Not remotely. I have al dente noodle arms. I'm obsessed with ocean life, and the running joke with my friends is that they have to leash me when we go the beach because I magically end up further and further out to sea, ESPECIALLY when it's getting time to head home.

I look for people who are emotionally stable and able to have mature relationships. Being polyamorous can be challenging, and it's downright impossible to do with partners who can't communicate or work through issues. I like relationships where we do some things together and some things separately, nicely balanced. But my favorite thing is finding people with knowledge/hobbies/in terests that are different from mine, because I'm the sort of person who likes to try a bit of everything. I like it when people are excited and passionate about things.
